The Health Practitioners Handbook for Identifying the Poor and Vulnerable aims to help health leaders understand where their systems could improve their population targeting approach – a key issue for many JLN countries. With diagnostics to explain the different models and prerequisites for success, the Handbook offers a practical, ‘nuts and bolts’ resource for health leaders, regardless of their current level of progress.
